The Garvan Institute of Medical Research is one of the leading centres of medical research in Australia. Come along this Thursday night to meet students, administration staff and the heads of some of the labs. They will give us insight into what it's like to work at Garvan and how you can get involved.

No matter what stage of study you're in, there will be information for everyone, on being a UROP, honours or PhD student at Garvan. UROP is the "Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program" - a casual, paid research placement over 6 months for students in their third year of study.
