MathSoc is inviting all our members to take part in electing our new Executive Team for 2016, to carry on representing the society for the new year. This is YOUR chance to have your say on YOUR MathSoc for next year!

The election will be conducted in a democratic manner, and each person that is a MathSoc member will have 1 vote only.

For individuals unable to attend the AGM in person, there will be proxy voting available. Details below.

1. AGM Voting

Date: 10th October (Week 11)
Time: 11 am - 1 pm
Location: CivEng 109
Other Details:

Pizzas and drinks will be provided after the AGM in the same room. Food is free if you wear the MathSoc T-shirt.

If you still haven't gotten a T-shirt, MathSoc sticker or membership, you can do so at the AGM.

2. Nominations

Nominations for Exec roles will be open from 26 September to 6 October. You have to be a member of MathSoc to be nominated.

For those wishing to take up an exec position, please fill out the form below. You will need to prepare a short 3 min speech at the AGM. Remember that you have to complete the form by midnight 6 October!
