As part of the MedSoc “Feel Good Fortnight”, Women in Medicine UNSW are proud to announce our “Sleep or Sangria or Study: Women in Medicine Wellbeing event”

This event will focus on wellbeing & balance while providing skills and resources to improve looking after yourself all while having a bit of fun and relaxation!

It is a jam-packed event featuring:

1. Invigorating yoga session with Nigel Mitchell, the world renowned yoga teacher from ‘Bright Light Yoga- Bondi Beach”.

2. 25-minute interactive and fun workshop presented by UNSW Psychology clinic. The workshop will equip you with the skills and resources to obtain balance & enhance coping skills amongst balancing the pressures of med student life!

With a very special ‘Fitness First” Personal training sessions pass to be won, along with a FREE 3-day Fitness first pass for all attendees PLUS endless supplies of probiotics from our sponsors ‘Chobani yogurt” and Lucky Nuts, your future self will thank you for coming along and allowing yourself to have a bit of down time at our event, get some pro tips (and a gentle reminder that you don't have to be superwoman!)
