Sydney, NSW

Organised by:
Nippon Students Association

Date: 23/05/15
Time: 11:00am – 1:30pm
Location: Chippendale (Meet at Redfern Station)

The Head On festival has such a diverse array of great exhibitions, we’re back again this week for more! This time we will be exploring the Chippendale exhibitions with our friends from NSA (Nippon Students Association).

NSA(Nippon Students Association) is a society to connect and broaden students’ passion for Japan and Japanese culture. As this event will include the appreciation of Japanese Gardens at the Tokyo Gardens Exhibition, it's a perfect opportunity to combine the shared passion for photography and Japanese culture together with both PhotoClub and NSA!

We will be meeting at 11:00am at Redfern station at the Lawson St entrance before heading of to explore the following galleries:
-Pine Street Creative Arts Centre: featuring the work of Kynghee Lee and Silvi Glattauer.
-X88 Gallery: showing the work of A. Harrison-Naish, M. Anderson, A. Ginnis.
-Artshine Gallery: featuring the work of Alex Evans, Bart Vos, Dylan Coombe, and Julian Tatang.
-…and the delightfully photogenic Central Park: featuring the Tokyo Gardens Exhibition by Naoto Ijichi.

Keep an eye on the Facebook event on Saturday in case of wet weather.
