When:
21 March, 2016

Location:
WWLG03

Organised by:
UNSW Medical Society (MedSoc)

Women in medicine face unique challenges, and it's time we started discussing them openly!

We're honoured to be able to present three incredible doctors at the top of their fields, who are willing to share their experiences, achievements, and wisdom gathered along the way. We're sure they will inspire all WIM @ UNSW to follow their passion, and not to let pesky sexism (institutional or otherwise) get in the way.

Our illustrious speakers are as follows:
- Dr Nikki Stamp (cardiothoracic surgeon)
- Dr Sharon Tivey (AFMW president, anaesthetist)
- Professor Michelle Haber (Executive Director: Children's Cancer Institute)

We'll be releasing speaker profiles on the Women in Medicine UNSW FB page in the coming days, so make sure you check them out! (10/10 would recommend, they're awe-inspiring).

Food will be served at 5:30pm, with the speeches starting at 6.
