For all of those newbies to poetry slam:

~ Registration for the performers will be at 7:30PM for an 8PM start ~

Cost is $5 or your soul - either one.


Whether you rep USYD til' you die, get jiggy at UTS, #squadgoals @UNSW, talk shit get hit at WSU, illin chillin at UOW - doesn't matter where you do or don't study at - everyone is welcome to forget about exams and assessments while listening to some poetry!

Feature: Jesse John Brand

Jesse John Brand is the Australian Poetry Slam National Champion for 2013/2014. His first book, Cranes Falling in Unison was released by Pitt Street Poetry and has been sold internationally. Jesse has performed at the The Bookworm Literary Festival and the JUE Music + Art Festival in China, The Ubud Writers and Readers Festival in Bali, and the Byron Bay Literary Festival, The Sydney Writers’ Festival and the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
