Guess what's right around the corner!

That’s right – IAW! For those of you whose excitement didn’t spike after seeing the three letters I-A-W obviously need some help (jks!).

IAW (Islamic Awareness Week) is THE biggest week of the year. It aims to let every SINGLE person on campus know there’s something called “Islam” out there (in case they didn’t already know) and to allow them to broaden their knowledge of it. It also aims to give every Muslim on campus the opportunity to participate. As all the volunteers come together IAW creates an unforgettable atmosphere of energy and excitement!

To hold a successful IAW requires a host of volunteers who all contribute in some way. Each volunteer’s task is vital whether it be to stand at the da’wah stall or to help market and chalk up campus or to help set up events! You will be involved, but not limited, to those activities.

Even if you can’t contribute too much, even if you’re never going to volunteer again, don’t miss making a mark on what will insha Allah be the best IAW yet!

We will be holding a volunteers meeting to debrief anyone interested.

When: Wednesday 26th August (wk 5) 4-5pm
Where: Mathews 309

If you would like to volunteer but will not be able to make it to the meeting please let us know by messaging 0425234454 with your name and number.

We hope to see you all soon :)
