Our next and highly anticipated upcoming class will be CHOCOLATE SOUFFLES!!! Learn how to make this luxurious but also delicate dessert that will be sure to impress the others or even someone special. When people think of souffles, they think of high class restaurants but don’t realise how simple and fun they are to make. Nervous about your skills? Well, have no fear, this class is fool-proof and suited for any amateur.

This is revisits of our most popular class last semester. If you didnt get the chance to go, this is your opportunity to learn something amazing again.

Imagine this: It’s a Friday night, and you invited that special someone over for dinner. You really want to impress them while enjoying their company, so bake something for him/her. Make them do the easy stuff like buttering the ramekins while you get along with the mixture. Already the anticipation has started. It begins to raise when you see into the oven how they puff up. You take them out of the oven, piping hot, the aroma of chocolate filling up the room. Serving it you dollop right into the middle cold whipped cream. Your special someone goes into it, they pick up a spoonful of warm and fluffy almost chocolate-mousse like sponge getting some cream as well. They bite into it, the sensation of chocolate hits their senses, a deep, rich cocoa flavor enveloping their mouth. The velvety but hot soufflé contrasting to the cold smooth whipped cream, not too sweet and very light. The richness of the chocolate exudes indulgence but it’s so fluffy and light, you can keep going for more without feeling bad. Without a doubt, that someone will be impressed.

Meet in the COFA Courtyard (behind the roundhouse and next to the squarehouse) 10 minutes before the class starts.

You will not be needing any container as you wont be bringing anything home

Please wear closed in shoes and bring an apron if you have one.
