Heya Bakers, we will be hosting our last class of the year and it will be a decoration class!! In this class we will be having fun and excercising the technique of decorating. What better than to practice this art on indulgent luscious dark chocolate truffles. Bitter sweet Smooth Ganache that you will be molding and then decorating. We hope that you can make it to this last class and enjoy it with us

Meet in the COFA Courtyard (behind the roundhouse and next to the squarehouse) 10 minutes before the class starts.

You will be needing a container as you will be bringing something home.

Please wear closed in shoes and bring an apron if you have one.
