Welcome to Sweaty NUTS Week 1! Open to all 2017 NUTS Members! New members welcome, sign up will be available.
This week we will be playing theatre games, bullrush and maybe even some volleyball at Coogee beach (meet at the steps)! Bacon and Egg Rolls will be supplied afterwards so that any of you worn out NUTS can treat yourselves! Reminder to wear your activewear, the zannier the better! Maybe bring your swimmers for a lil' sippy dippy at the end too! Bring WATER!
Ultra-Sweaty NUTS will begin at 7:30am at the UNSW Quad for those of you who want to run to Coogee!

Sick of being sick in show week? Tired of being tired after rehearsals or events? Stressed about balancing lyf?
Theatrical engagement in the modern milieu often overlooks an important thang: WELLNESS OF THE BODY AND THE MIND. Being a part of the theatrical world and going from show to show demands that you get to know how to look after yourselves.
We've thus decided to bring to you, NUTsketeers, a weekly lil' momento where you can get on down with your peers and peeps sans judgement, for FREE and learn and even contribute a lil' bit about fitness of heart and head.
In the coming weeks we will be bringing you some tasty treats taught by your taleneted comrades including (but not ltd. to) YOGA, BOXING, BOLLYWOOD DANCING, HI-Training, and MEDITATION.

What's more? Our regular Sweaty NUTS events will involve a discounted coffee or tea at the Whitehouse for those who attend afterwards. (Week 1 we will be doing B&E Rolls @ Coogee)
