---------------------------FIRST YEAR CAMP----------------------------------
The Computer Science and Engineering Society (CSESoc) wants to take you (yes, you!) away to a place where you can forget the struggles of finding your place in a new part of your life. Where you can sleep in bunkers (bunk beds), eat carefully rationed tin food (awesome camp food) and meet other fellow survivors (students). Come with us to a paradise filled with new friends, loads of fun and games as well as more activities than you can poke a (sharpened) stick at.

-------------------------STUDENT NETWORK----------------------------------
New to CSE in 2017?

The CSESoc Student Network is a program which is designed for new UNSW students to adjust to life at CSE. You'll be paired with a suitable mentor, who you can direct your questions to. There are also events scheduled throughout Semester 1 such as BBQs, a scavenger hunt, pizza night and trivia where you can meet and greet your mentor and fellow mentees.

Events will be scheduled away from common first-year lecture times to maximise the chances of making them, but don't get too stressed if you end up missing an event or two.

SIGN UP AT: goo.gl/dbm12

If you have any questions about the program, please email csesoc.stunet.head@cse.unsw.edu.au.

Started by the students of UNSW CSE, CompClub is an initiative established to help high school students explore the depth and breadth of Computer Science.

From competitions to computer games, CompClub hopes to spark the interest of students who are just starting their journey with computing whilst also providing depth for students that have excelled beyond what is taught in the classroom. Currently CompClub runs a range of workshops both on and off campus.

No experience is necessary to join. If you’d like to help teach we have plenty of resources to get you up to speed. If teaching isn’t your thing, we have plenty of other positions such as PR and website development.
