The Financial Management Association of Australia (FMAA) is offering exciting opportunities for dedicated and enthusiastic students to become an integral team member of Australia’s pre-eminent business student society.

The FMAA aims to achieve our objectives by running networking events, professional development workshops and seminars, competitions and producing informative publications.

Your role on the committee:

Sub-committee members are given the opportunity to work within a fun, professional and challenging team environment. Your primary roles will be to assist the executive committee organising FMAA’s flagship events such as the Down-to-Business Luncheon and FMAA Management Consulting Case Competition.

In the process, we aim to provide our sub-committee team with maximum exposure to our diverse range of industry sponsors and ensure they are able to develop the right set of skills necessary to eventually lead the society as an executive member.

The FMAA is seeking students with:
- A willingness to commit substantial amount of time in helping the executive team
- A passion for FMAA’s objectives and a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Work experience, extracurricular activities and strong academic performance are highly advantageous but not essential

Note: Applicants must be either in their 1st or 2nd year of study and can be studying ANY degree such as engineering, science, commerce, economics, and more! We also welcome candidates that can provide specialised expertise in areas such as marketing, IT and graphic design.
