Sick of being sick in show week? Tired of being tired after rehearsals or events? Stressed about balancing lyf?

Theatrical engagement in the modern mileu often overlooks an important thang: WELLNESS OF THA BODY AND THE MIND. Being a part of the theatrical world and going from show to show demands that you get to know how to look after yeselves.

We've thus decided to bring to you, NUTsketeers, a weekly lil' momento where you can get on down with your peers and peeps sans judgment, for FREE and learn and even contribute a lil' bit about fitness of heart and head.

In the coming weeks we will be bringing you some tasty treats taught by your taleneted comrades including (but not ltd. to) YOGA, BOXING, YOGGING, and MEDITATION.

What's more? There might even be a discounted coffee or tea at the Whitehouse for those who attend after(dieant)wards.
