You might be asking... can it get any better than pho? Well you're asking all the important questions BECAUSE IT CAN with Bun Bo Hue!

So what is it exactly? Bun Bo Hue is basically the spicier and hotter ;) version of Pho originating from the city of Hue, made from pork broth with kicks of lemongrass and shrimp paste topped with sliced brisket and crab balls!

But hey, we haven't forgotten the vegetarians out there :) You guys can order one of the three following dishes:
== vegetarian pho
== vegetarian spring rolls and vermicelli noodles
== stir fried vegetables and tofu

Y'all be getting a choice of drink too from:
== Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee)
== Che Ba Mau (3 colour drink)
== Nuoc Dua (Coconut drink)
