MMI, Monash SEED, Deakin SeCo, RMIT AIESEC & UNSW Management Society are pleased to announce that the Global Microfinance Case Competition (GMCC) is back for 2015.
With UNSW, Deakin & RMIT joining as partner universities, this is set to be the biggest GMCC to date!
The annual Global Microfinance Case Competition is a competition designed to challenge students at universities across Victoria & NSW, for a truly Global problem: Providing financial services for the most vulnerable and creating opportunities for change.
Based on real life problems faced by many microfinance providers around the world, student competitors will have to use their business acumen to create a practical solution to change the lives of borrowers across developing countries.

REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY:
Participants may only register in groups of four members. We accept participants of all degree types, however all team members in a group must be from the same participating university.

GMCC Workshop & Case Release
The GMCC Workshop is not compulsory but highly recommended for all participants. It will provide you with the basic frameworks to solve the case. Please see below for details.

Location: Basement Theatre (B117), MSD Building, Parkville, University of Melbourne
* Please arrive between 5:30PM-6PM for a 6:05PM start

Location: Law 101, UNSW Law Building (Building F8 Union Rd), UNSW, Kensington Campus
**The Case will be released digitally between 8PM-9PM, after the GMCC Workshop.
Case Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 12th August;5PM
Screening: Thursday, 13th August - Saturday, 15th August
**Teams will be notified about their progress to the Heat rounds by Sunday, 16th August;5PM
