Our planetarium event is back for 2016!!
We'll be selling tickets for the show Capturing the Cosmos at a discounted price for members: $4 for 1 show for members and $5 for non-uni members

Capturing the Cosmos 2PM: this planetarium show highlights current research being carried out by astronomers within Australia. New and innovative telescopes such as SkyMapper in NSW and the Murchison Wide-field Array in WA, have been designed to survey large sections of the sky. They are finding things we’ve never seen before and will help us to better understand our Universe.

At the end of the show there is an explanation of what you can see in the sky that night from Melbourne. As students we also have free access to the displays at ScienceWorks including exhibitions such as ‘think ahead exhibition’, ‘sportsworks’, ‘Nitty Gritty Super City’ and ‘Alice’s Wonderland’.

Ticket sale: 5th April 2016 12pm at Union House Ground Floor Table
