When:
1 March, 2017

Location:
MLS Room G08

Organised by:
Law Students Society

Have you always wanted to be able to demand, ‘objection, relevance!’? Is Martha Costello’s impassioned defence of the vulnerable the reason why you are studying law? Do you wish you could cross-examine with verve like Harvey Specter?

Then Witness Examination is the competition for you! It’s the competition which is the most fun, and most similar to what you see on legal dramas.
The competition is a simulated trial and does not require any legal research.

In 2017 there will be a First Year competition and a separate open competition.

See the guidebook for more detailed information about the competition - (available at http://mulss.com/competitions/witness_examination)

Further information about the First Year competition is available here -http://mulss.com/competitions/first_year_witness_examination

Please come along to our information session, which will feature a demonstration from the winners of the 2016 Witness Examination competitions. We hope to see you there!

Information session: Wednesday 1 March
Room G08 1:00PM-2:00PM
This will be followed by a skills workshop:
Wednesday 15 March
Room G08, 1:00PM-2:00PM with Andrew Palmer
