So you're starting a new semester in the new year, in other words you're starting a new chapter of your life. You're now wondering what you can do to make you're story even more interesting and meaningful.

Why not join AIESEC in UQ?

AIESEC is the largest non-profit youth-led organisation in the world with local committees situated in over 100 countries! We facilitate overseas exchanges where young people can either volunteer or get professional work experience abroad where they will step out of their comfort zone and expand their worldview, and at the same time help the community they're living in.

The UQ Local Committee was established in 1978 and enables those aged 18-30 in Brisbane to develop their leadership skills and social awareness on a global scale by participating in global exchange programs, or by undertaking roles within the committee in running these programs.

With a committee that consists of members who come from various study backgrounds such as Science, Business, and Journalism; range from multiple number of ethnicities; and is even diverse in terms of sexual orientation, it is without a doubt that any young person (regardless of skills or background) has a place to belong in the AIESEC in UQ Committee.

Join our committee and check us out on Market Day which will be held in the Great Court, UQ on the 22nd of February from 10am to 2pm. We will have a booth during the event and even a couple of our members located around UQ so you won't miss our friendly faces when you sign up!

And if you're too keen to wait, you can sign up here http://www.aiesecaustralia.org/movement

We can't wait to welcome you into our committee!
