Join us for a screening of the inspiring documentary 'Rocking the Foundations' about how the Builders Labourers Federation (BLF) grew from organising the highly dangerous construction industry in the 60s and 70s to strike to save vast areas of parkland in Sydney known as the 'Green Bans'. The Green Bans also inspired a 'pink ban' at Macquarie University against the expulsion of a gay student based on his sexuality. It's a must see for those interested in social change and climate action today. All welcome!
