WANT TO HAVE A MEANINGFUL HALLOWEEN?

For the fourth year running, TRICK OR EAT by Meal Exchange is back in Melbourne!

Trick or Eat is a youth-led event that puts a new spin on the annual night of giving – Halloween! Instead of candy, we collect food and funds.

We will be going door to door in groups around Parkville collecting non-perishable foods and these will be donated to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC)'s Foodbank.

Asylum Seekers in Australia do not have rights to guaranteed income, healthcare and food. The ASRC Foodbank provides an opportunity for Asylum Seekers to be able to select food that they need, hence ensuring good nutrition, fairness and human dignity is maintained.

WHERE:
Our starting point is the Sidney Myer Asia Centre, just in front of the trams (761 Swanston St, Parkville VIC 3052)
WHEN: 5.30pm - 8pm
WHAT: bring yourself, in a COSTUME if you'd like, and a TROLLEY if you have one!

Come and have a fun and meaningful Halloween with us, see you there!

**If you would like to donate food but do not live close to the above mentioned areas, you can collect food and donate it straight to The ASRC at:
214 Nicholson Street, Footscray
Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm (except Wednesday - open late until 8pm)
