Hi FilmSocers and MUMAA members!

For our penultimate screening of 2016, we are extremely enthusiastic to be collaborating with the Martial Arts Academy to present to you one of the greatest martial arts films of all time:

ENTER THE DRAGON (Clouse, 1973)

Bruce Lee is a martial artist who receives an invitation to participate in a martial arts tournament hosted on an island by the evil Mr. Han. Recruited by the British intelligence Agency, he agrees to spy on Han using the tournament as a cover. With the help of his friends, Roper and Williams, they fight, chop, and kick their way to infiltrate a drug operation and uncover Han’s opium trade and white slavery.

Featuring showdown after showdown, this film was Bruce Lee’s final film appearance before he died on July 1973. ENTER THE DRAGON is considered to be one of the best martial arts films in history for its fight sequences, showcasing Bruce Lee’s exquisite skills and its ethnic diversity featuring characters of European, Asian, and African descent.

As usual, there will be FREE pizza and drinks provided! Remember to click going so we can order enough pizzas for everyone!
