Nowadays, cloud computing is the majority of deploying services. Citi, Netflix, Atlassian, Spotify, Airbnb and Evernote are all using cloud platform, such as IBM Bluemix, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform. Cloud Native describes the patterns of high performing organizations delivering software faster, consistently and reliably at scale. In this talk, you will get a clear insight on Cloud Native, and how can we achieve the goal with container software Docker and container orchestration software Kubernetes.

Docker is a project started by the company dotCloud, and open sourced in March 2013. Google encourage the idea of containerising services. However, there is lack of the software to manage the containers. Therefore, Google started a project, Kubernetes, for managing the Docker containers.
