SummerFest Free Yoga!

Zumba is done, but there is still FREE meditation and yoga to go! Meditation is open to everyone and can be just what you need to unwind after a long day of classes. The benefits of yoga cover not just the physical but the mental and emotional as well. Regular practice of yoga can help you sleep better, maintain a healthy weight, reduce back pain, relieve stress and help you tone up as well.

Come check out what everyone is talking about. Whether you are a regular practitioner or a total newy, come try this free yoga class as part of SummerFest.

And if you like it, join the UMSU Welfare department with their regular weekly classes, also free! (no excuses, ahem…)

No sign up is required to take part in each class, but places are limited so arriving early will make sure you avoid disappointment.
