The AULSS is excited to present the second seminar in the 2015 Semester 2 GDLP Series. Come and hear about the joint University of Adelaide and Law Society of South Australia program.

Light nibbles will be provided.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, 3 September 2015, on level 5 of the Ligertwood Building for a 5.30pm start.


After a 30 minute introduction to the program, the program coordinators have organised for Senior Judge McEwen from the Youth Court of South Australia to join us to speak about maximising our opportunities to succeed in the legal profession.

The night will conclude at about 6.30pm, with time for questions to follow.


The Law Society is pleased to offer students who attend the AULSS GDLP Information Session on Level 5 of the Ligertwood Building at 5.30 pm on Thursday 3 September 2015 the opportunity to enter a draw to win a choice of attending the Law Society’s Country Update Conference on 16 October 2015 or the Criminal Law Conference on 23 & 24 October 2015 as a guest of the Law Society. Full details of these events and their values are detailed below.

Country Conference to be held on Friday 16 October 2015 at the McCracken Country Club, Victor Harbor – Full registration including dinner valued at $390
Criminal Law Conference to be held Friday and Saturday 23 and 24 October 2015 at Mt Lofty House, Mt Lofty – Full registration including dinner valued at approximately $450

Entry forms will be available on entry. The winning entry will be drawn at the event and the winner will need to be in attendance. In either event the winner would need to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
