Hi there! My name is Jordan Moshcovitis. I am a current Masters student in the Department of Physics, specialising in condensed matter physics. I have graduated with honors a Bachelor of Science with Major in Physics and Diploma in pure and applied mathematics.

I am always excited to engage with students in a dialogue about intriguing ideas that they come across in their studies. My goal is to help you understand the problem process and develop your own intuition for Mathematics and Physics. In this way, I recognise that every student will have their own nuanced challenges and mental barriers that hinder their learning.

Although proficient in teaching advanced students, I take pride in my ability to teach a struggling student and help them to improve their grades.

I provide all my students with additional questions, textbook suggestions, notes and other resources which may aid and motivate their study.

I have completed with H1 grades:
Calculus 1,2
Vector Calculus
Linear Algebra
Differential Equations
Complex Analysis
Methods of Mathematical Physics
Applied Mathematical Modelling
First, second-year and third-year Physics subjects: Physics 1,2 Advanced, Thermodynamics, Quantum Physics, Electromagnetism and Optics.

Outside of Uni I work with a charity organisation to run revision lectures for VCE students in Maths and Physics. I also have five years of experience as a private tutor for both high school and university students.

I am always available to discuss questions on the phone or via email, so my tutoring service is not just limited to the time spent together.

I am happy to teach students of all ages and skill levels. Please do not hesitate to call me on 040 71 456 12.

I tutor at uni during the day or from my home in Balwyn in the evenings and weekends. Also State library or libraries in inner eastern suburbs (Doncaster, Balwyn, Box Hill)
