I'm Damon. I studied Law/International Studies Double Degree at UOW and I completed my law degree in 2018, with first class honours in law. I am currently in training at the College of Law to become a solicitor. I know what it takes to consistently achieve top marks, have the knowledge about how the law applies in a practical context, and I have knowledge of several strategies which are not explicitly taught to students.

In the past, I have been employed by the university to tutor high school students for their HSC and also work as a private tutor in multiple subjects. I have also privately tutored for six years. Further, I was employed by the UOW Learning Co-Op between 2015 and 2018 as a Peer Academic Coach, providing academic support to university students. Throughout 2017 and 2018, I also acted as a Disability Services Subject Mentor.

I also have consistently ranked on the School of Law Dean’s Merit list (top 5%) throughout my degree. I also achieved first place in the year for Constitutional Law.

I tutor on online or at the UOW campus at a time convenient to you. I charge $30 p/h for individuals but am also willing to tutor small groups on campus for $25 p/h.

I take my student's personal learning styles/level of ability and adapt my lesson plans accordingly. I am able to assist with knowledge of the content, note-making as well as exam study tips.

I look forward to hearing from you.
