UWA Business Tutor David

I'm a Commerce/Arts graduate, majoring in Economics and Political Science/International Relations with an 87 WAM and 6.955 GPA, completing my degree in 2022. I've been tutoring for 4 years now and am comfortable and familiar with teaching university units in the way that students actually need, rather than inefficient university structures. I specialise in tutoring some of the most common and most difficult subjects faced by commerce students that have been a roadblock for many. My strengths as a tutor lie in my ability to connect with students. I'm not your average tutor who may have the academic chops but lack the social skills to convey the information - I'm comfortable talking to new people and finding ways to connect, and this comes through in the sessions. I'm excellent at helping students discover strategies to help them study more effectively and write more proficiently - you'll get more than the answers to questions, you'll get key study skills that have helped me throughout my undergrad degree. I'm currently based in Melbourne, so tutoring is all online. I'm very flexible with times during the uni week - message me to check availability!
