Started uni
Hi, my name is Amy and I am currently completing my Honours year in Psychological Science at ACU in Strathfield. I am a mature age student with a DI average across my first 2 years, and an HD average for my third year subjects. I am already working in the field as a therapist in a multi-disciplinary team and plan to go on to do either Master of Clinical Neuropsychology or Master of Clinical Psychology next year. I am neurodivergent in that I have ADHD, so I know first hand the pitfalls of not being able to pay attention! I have learned how to study when it's nearly impossible and I would love to be able to share those skills and knowledge with others.

In terms of tutoring I can help you with:

- Assignments and will have track changes and suggestions back to you within 3 days
- Coursework questions
- Practical applications to the theory you are learning
- Weekly or fortnightly sessions to get across your coursework (this is so important!)
- General advice on how to manage and make the most of your time
- Dreaded stats ... it's really not that scary!
- I will help keep you accountable with email or text check ins
- I have an ABN in case you need an invoice

Finally, feel free to shoot me a message and let me know what your support needs are for university. If I can help, I will, and if I can't I'll try and help you find someone who can.

Cheers guys, and all the best with your studies :)

Amy is kind, patient and understanding. The knowledge and skills she has helped me with are invaluable.

Starting a Bridging Course in Psychology has been daunting and I really would have quit if I hadn't been lucky enough to find Amy's support and guidance.

Amy provides more than tutoring. She becomes a teacher. Amy has been able to provide me with the support to feel like I really understand what I am doing. These skills she is helping me develop are helping me with every subject I am currently studying.

Amy walks her talk. She is able to share real life experiences both as a Tutor working in a clinic and as a student. This makes the subject come alive and instead of just reading theory, I am learning how to really integrate my subjects into the real world.

Her attention to detail is exceptionally high and her turn around time is amazingly quick. Amy responses to my every email and I feel heard and validated.

I would very highly recommend Amy.

Amy is an absolute superstar! Her passion for psychology is infectious, and her enthusiasm for tutoring other students is like no other.

I have known Amy for several years, and I can say with great certainty that I have never met anyone with such a desire to do well in their studies and achieve such a high academic standard. I appreciate how she simplifies assessments and provides such expertise in talking to students so they feel comfortable and understand the criteria and questions.

I always make sure Amy reads my drafts and gives me feedback on the areas I can improve before I submit anything. Without her, I would be completely lost and I know that many other students who use Amy as a tutor feel the same.

I highly recommend Amy.
