My name is Durga and I have recently graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science Degree majoring in Environmental Health with a high distinction average of 88 overall. I currently doing Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree at Deakin University as well.
I have decided to become a tutor so that I would be able to help other students that are studying Biomedical Science and share my knowledge and experience I learned throughout my degree to help them ace their units. My teaching style would be to help students understand the important concepts that they need to know for each unit by pointing out the important details that they need to know from their lectures that would be useful for their assignments and exams. I would also help by lending in some of the resources that I have used like notes that I have created during my time. I am most interested in units that cover Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Physiology.
I am able to tutor either by zoom or at the Burwood campus. I can also come at tutor at your location depending on the distance as I currently live in the CBD area.

I am an IT student that took a science-based elective called HSP310. Durga helped me in explaining biological terms and concepts within the unit even without science-based background. Because of her help, I was able to get an HD in this unit and pass with flying colours.
