Hi! My name is Amy, and I'm currently studying Honours Psychology at UniMelb.

I finished my Graduate Diploma in Psychology here at UniMelb in 2019, with a WAM of 85.25. I have a BA(Hons) in Literature and History, and I've worked in marketing for 7 years, so this is a bit of a change for me.

I started my course thinking I would be useless at science and statistics, but it turns out that I love them. Who knew?!

What this really means, though, is that I know how daunting stats and sciencey subjects can be, especially if your background is in something else entirely. I'm patient, kind and good at explaining complex concepts simply.

I'm only offering tutoring on subjects where I've scored 85+, and I can help with anything from explaining a single concept to revising the whole course.

Finding yourself especially stressed about Research Methods? Don't be. I promise it's not as stressful as it seems.

I'm offering 10% discount PLUS FREE comprehensive research methods study notes if you want to book in for 8 or more hours of tutoring for Research Methods.

Whether you want 8 sessions towards the end of semester to go over the content you struggled with, or a session once a week for the whole semester to recap content - we can work something out that works for you.

This applies to both RMHI and ARMP - and you can feel free to reach out about it at any point in the semester :)

- 2 people: $25 per hour per person
- 3 people: $22 per hour per person
- 4 people: $20 per hour per person

PS: sadly this is not my dog

Amy has been a dedicated and conscientious student, and her approach to study has been equally dedicated and thorough.
I used Amy's notes for the Cognitive Psychology exam - her notes covered every area and study that was covered by the lectures and readings, and most importantly her notes simplified complex studies and theories - and I was able to achieve a H1.
Amy is a natural at psychology (and statistics and research methods are a particular strength). Alongside her caring nature and her ability to simplify the most complex of concepts - I have no hesitation in highly recommended Amy as a tutor.
