This book had a fantastic way of explaining the topics to the reader , much better then my $200 A&P book.     I've used this book alongside the study guide to help in my revision. I also bought another pathophysiology book so that I had information explained in a couple of ways. This has worked well. If I have not fully understood something in one of my books, I have read the other and, most often than not, ended up understanding it. A great book especially when used with the study guide.
