Chinese Made Easy adpots a unique approach to teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The unique characteristic of the 3rd edition is that the programme allows the teacher to use a combination of various effective teaching approaches, including the Communicative Approach and a task-based approach, while taking into account the Chinese language system.

About the Author

Ms. Yamin Ma has an M.Ed. in Curriculum Design and Instruction from Queen's University, Canada. Her research interest lies in educational psychology, ESL, and Chinese language teaching and learning. She has taught both English and Chinese in China and Canada, and is currently teaching Chinese in an international school in Hong Kong.
