My product came within a reasonable amount of time but was damaged in the shipping process. It was shipped in an envelope which made it susceptible to getting damaged.

As a textbook for a graduate level class, this leaves much to be desired. The authors apparently assume that the reader has no prior experience with computers and the internet, at least in the early chapters. The Exercise and Features sections provide some food for thought, and I do like that Assistive Technology is addressed to assist teachers who work with students with learning difficulties.
