About the author

Bernadette Rodak (Bunny) has many years experience in Clinical Laboratory Science with over 30 years in education. She has worked in several locations, including Washington DC, Maryland, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Alaska, Delaware and Indiana. She is lead editor of Hematology Clinical Principles and Applications and co-author of Clinical Hematology Atlas, as well as a contributor to several other texts. She is the editor-in-chief of Clinical Laboratory Science, the journal of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science.
Professor Rodak has many presentations in Hematology/Urinalysis and Body Fluids at the state, national and international level. Currently she teaches Hematology, Urinalysis and Topics in CLS at the Indiana University/Indiana University Health-Methodist Hospital programs in Indianapolis.
Bunny attributes her success to her parents and her teachers, especially Sister Judith at Mt. St Agnes College in Baltimore (1968) and Dr. Anne Stiene-Martin, acclaimed hematologist, under whom she studied at University of Kentucky in 1980.
Bunny enjoys music, theater, nature and sports. She has 6 living brothers and sisters and lives with her husband, Bob Hartman, in Indianapolis IN.

Also..I like the case studies that she has at beginning of chapter, try and answer without reading chapter and then go back after the chapter...
