This book has a good source of information on how people learn, you can use this information to help you tweak your routines and take in information better and more effectively, It definitely had an impact on me getting a 2:1 on my dissertation for university and i still use this guide these days. worth a read for anyone really, i wouldn't say you have to be a student, but someone that is interested in being the best version of themselves.
