About the Author

CALLIE HARVEY has taught at RMIT University since 1995, teaching law subjects in many programs including those designed for international students. She is also employed as the Education Quality Auditor a role which involves the design and coordination of local and international student programs. As a result of her extensive teaching experience, Callie has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in understanding the teaching methods that work best, and has adopted these strategies in designing teaching materials including this textbook to help students learn more effectively.
