I had to have this book as a supplement to my Cognitive Psychology course in my undergrad studies. I rented this book for a great price, it came very quickly without any issue, and included the required companion software which sometimes is questionable when renting used texts whether the software is included. Very happy with my rental experience with Amazon and will be renting all future texts from Amazon!

What nobody tells you, is the CD does NOT come with the book when purchasing used, so you cannot access the website EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY FOR THE STUPID CD, and once the CD is used, the e-pin to access the site will not work. To save money, go to Cengagebrain.com and purchase the e-pin directly. COMPANIES SELLING THIS BOOK SHOULD SAY THERE IS NO CD INCLUDED! One student bought the book from the University Book Store, and the CD had been replaced with a badly scratched movie...so you can't even buy used from the campus book stores. TEACHERS>>>USE ANOTHER SITE! THIS SITE IS A WASTE OF STUDENT FUNDS NEEDED FOR SCHOOL! All you get is a used book that does no good without the e-pin registration numbers! WATCH OUT...EVEN NEW BOOKS DON'T HAVE THE CD IN SOME OF THEM! Wadsworth should be sued for the multiple copies it sells which contain no CD! At the very least, the Attorney General should be contacted about this rip off....you pay for the book, AND the Cd, then have to pay AGAIN to use the site! Then, it won't work right with OUT the CD! What a rip off! $50 for the CD, plus $30 for the E-pin...how much more can this company rip people off? Contacting Tech support gave me this return email, "I am afraid that I cannot help you. I do not deal with sales, only with use of CogLab." Well, how can that help you, if you can't gain access to begin with? Contacting the local sales representative gives, "The person you are trying to reach is not in the office. If you will leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as possible." TOTAL RIP OFF!
