    Politics by Andrew Heywood is the first choice for people who want to understand the world of politics. Students of sociology, journalism, public administration and politics will find this book very useful reading to their studies. For students who have a political module in their programs this title will be included in primary readings. For me, as a 1st year student of politics and international relations, it provided so much needed frame to see the puzzle of politics in broader concept. It is definitely a book that falls to category 'value for money'.
