An Introduction to Project Management, Seventh Edition: Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid Approaches was published in August 2021 based on the latest PMBOK Guide and PMP exam. See details at intropm.com or pmtexts.com. I am a retired college professor, author, consultant, and active PMI member, having served on the local and national levels. My first book, Information Technology Project Management, now in its ninth edition, sold over 250,000 copies and was translated into Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Czech. Healthcare Project Management is now in its third edition (fall 2021). My first full-time job was as a project manager in the Air Force in the early eighties. Before entering academia in 1991, I also worked on various projects at Boeing and Clark Oil. I enjoy writing books and articles and taking time to enjoy life.

This literally came in the mail the day the class started. lol But it's my fault for waiting till the last minute to get it, which resulted in it not being in the local book stores with just 3 business days left before the class was scheduled to start. The information it teaches is very valuable for anyone looking to get in management at any level in the corporate world. Take your time and don't wait until the last minute to start learning it, even if you DO seem to have a hard time finding your interest in what it teaches.
