It should be an essential text for students in a range of tourism related subjects as its core strength is its practical application of many aspects of tourism including education, regulation, information technology and sustainability." -Professor Ross Dowling OAM, Edith Cowan University, Australia

The content of the book was as great as I expected, however, it was very difficult to cite as page numbers were not available.
