The most important reason why this was a great buy is because although this was a used textbook, it came with the online access code for the solutions to the problem sets.
Aside from that it was very barely used and in pretty good condition.

Great Book!
Reviewed in the United States on 29 June 2012Verified Purchase
This is the assigned book for an online Statistics course I am taking through CalCampus. I'm doing it as a prerequisite and am essentially teaching the subject to myself. Good thing I have this book since I've never successfully taken Stats before! (Last time I enrolled in a college course on Statistics, I dropped after the first day -- it was so dry, boring & confusing I said NO THANKS!!)
However, this book is well written enough, and also has pretty decent online resources as well, I am making it through the course without too much trouble. Only big complaint is it doesn't have the answers to the practice problems so had to buy additional books for practice problems (what good are practice problems if you can't check your answers?)
Still, gave it a 5 for being forward thinking in format, EXTREMELY well written, and easy to follow! BTW, this book actually makes Statistics interesting & relevant as a topic too!
