even though this was a core textbook on my course it is difficult to read easily and with reading similar books knowledge would be useful if your library has this book check it out there as for the price this book does not justify it. Global issues do not play a key part in hrm and are used rarely by large organisations sticking to local means and therfore this book is pretty much useless to buy.

So i guess I will provide you a small sample of the book it "depence" and in "context" to the country.
Better explanations would be appreciated and it is trying to do some rather simple very complex.
