I have read so many books, articles, etc about the "right" things to do/say/etc in job interviews. Bottom line: if the interviewer doesn't like you for even the stupidest reason (ex. you look like their ex-husband who owes them child support) you won't be hired.
But this book helps the reader get to the psychology behind why the questions are being asked and how to respond accordingly.
I've recommended it to the many ppl I network with on a weekly basis
