Ho comprato questo manuale in vista del concorso di specializzazione 2017, il quale, secondo il bando ufficiale, verterà su casi clinici. Inoltre, non avevo nessuna intenzione di dare soldi all'aims e così mi sono buttata su questo testo americano. non mi sono per niente pentita, anzi, il manuale ha superato le mie aspettative. il libro è molto basico come struttura con le pagine in bianco e nero. i casi clinici sono divisi per argomento/branca specialistica. il caso clinico viene presentato e in seguito attraverso una serie di domande (ad esempio " qual è la diagnosi differenziale per questo caso clinico?" " qual è la diagnosi più probabile" "come si presenta più frequentemente questa patologia?") si eviscera il caso clinico e la patologia che esso rappresenta. inoltre, molti casi clinici presentano immagini di TC,RX e valori di analisi di laboratorio che vengono commentati. lo trovo molto ben fatto e molto utile per ripassare argomenti che, in teoria, alla fine di un percorso di 6 anni dovremmo conoscere e per imparare piccole chicche mnemoniche per gli argomenti più ostici. lo consiglio.
