Do not buy from this seller

Doesn’t worth the money at all. Order arrived after 4 weeks.... item was last one and it was overpriced. Now, there is still one available on half price from the same seller. I would recommend to check out other sellers, eg eBay for books, in general.

Great for Lab: Ebook vs Paper Suggestions
Reviewed in the United States on 17 August 2014Verified Purchase
Out of the 25 books that were required for MS-1, this is the only book I actually used. The pictures are great and the explanations are priceless (especially the Blue Boxes and Summary). I have the paper binding and it's great to review outside of class, especially since the captions are right next to the pic.
Some students have the ebook version, which is a lot better when you're using it in lab; one word of caution though-- a lot of the captions are on another page so you have to go looking to find it

The best atlas.
Reviewed in the United States on 21 August 2015Verified Purchase
This is the best Atlas of Histology out there. The difference between a regular atlas and this one is the fact that these are clarified, although realistic, drawings of histologic preparations. No other atlas will make it so clear to see the structures indicated in anyother textbook.
Keep in mind, though, that this is just an atlas, and you will need a textbook for in depth explanations. I would recommend this atlas along with Genesser or Bloom and Fawcett.

Very helpful

I bought this for Histology and it is incredibly helpful with beautiful drawings, pictures, and diagrams. All of which are well labeled and to my teacher's knowledge, accurate. Even if you are just taking an anatomy class I highly recommend this to aid in your understanding and labeling of any tissues you may study. I plan on keeping mine for future reference in undergrad and med school.
