A fantastic, interesting and easy read
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 April 2008Verified Purchase
This is such a great read. It is so unlike the usual books written by an academic. It has great, up to date case studies that allow you to see how the ideas are put into practice. The organization is clear and builds upon ideas. I used this book to study for this module in my Masters and I got an A for this exam. Thank you to the writer.
