I bought this book in preparation for the FRCR part 1 physics exam in March 2018. Farr's is unfortunately unreadable for the ultrasound section. This book is the BEST!!! You can skip Farr's and be able to answer exam questions if you read this book. This book gives 'understandable' ultrasound explanations which is much easier for the junior radiology registrar to understand. If there is one thing you should do if you're preparing for the FRCR part 1 physics module, BUY THIS BOOK. I highly recommend it.
