He is the co-author of the Oxford EAP course book series (B1+, B2, C1) and a former lecturer at University College London.Sam McCarter is the author of Medicine 1 and 2 from the Oxford English for Careers series. He’s a teacher, consultant and freelance writer/editor with special interests in Medical English communication skills, and IELTS. He has worked with WHO, UNHCR, and The Wellcome Trust, and currently teaches by videoconferencing at Reache Northwest, Salford Royal, Salford, England.
