    There is relatively little available on this Mary Robinson (if you search, you will find others with the same name). Her work is fascinating, ranging from the relatively banal to the really effective. Some of her poems could have been written in the early 20th century, displaying that sort of style and detail with hints of Imagism or the stronger Georgians. The book itself is well-presented and well-organised with very useful biographical material on her interesting and complex life.
