I received the book in a very timely manner and it saved me from paying $151.00 for a new book as I did not like the E-book and how in order for me to download was NOT user/buyer friendly....Strayer may want to look at another option that is user/buyer friendly to downloading books for which students such as myself paid for but due to the cumbersome steps, having limited abilities of downloading all chapters at once....elected to go hardcover....

The text book was in exceptionally good condition......New as stated. It is an easy read IT (Information Technology) book which can not be said about all IT text books. It is definitely one I will keep and refer back to as needed throughout my surge towards my Masters. I was also very thankful to receive the book in a timely manner.

Good Book! Needed it for an Mgmt Information Systems Course in Fall 2011. Loved that you could do control+f to look for certain items in the books. Very easy to use. A little expensive but cheaper than the physical book.

Current and very applied

This is a great book! It was updated in 2012, so this is the older version, but most of the content is still very current. The case studies and applied sections are solid examples in real world settings and will make sense to practicing managers.
